Just a note to say thanks for the on-going wonderful customer service. Dennis and his side-kick came quickly and fixed the problem, and the problem was not yours — it was part of the changes that Cox Cable is making to their system.
And I need to repeat that we are so happy with our wall. It’s not real often in life that something turns out better that you could have imagined. That was the case for us. Every phase of the process was easy and competent.
