Customer Referrals Are The Best Measure of Great Customer Service
Any business owner will tell you that “word of mouth” is the holy grail of successful marketing. A significant proportion of our new projects are the result of 100% happy customers referring their friends, family and neighbors and a surprising number of our clients come back to us two to three times for additional projects in other rooms and homes. These facts are perhaps the single best signal that our customers are so pleased with their new custom media walls that they’re excited and confident to recommend us to others. It’s our most satisfying stamp of approval and your best guarantee of a great outcome.
When we returned from our trip yesterday, we were thrilled to see the finished project. Your design team did a fabulous job interpreting what we wanted and your crew was the absolute best to work with. Not only did they perform their tasks to the expected high standards, each of them worked diligently, carefully fine-tuning each of their respective contributions to the job. They were polite and always left the job-site clean and orderly. We also would like to bring attention to your crew’s punctuality and communication. Both rare attributes and something not often seen. Hats off to you, Greg, for great management of your team. Please let each of them know how much we appreciated all their hard work and dedication.
